The Limpertsberg neighborhood in Luxembourg
The Limpertsberg neighborhood is one of the 24 neighborhoods in the city of Luxembourg. Limpertsberg is adjacent to the neighborhoods of Mühlenbach, Eich, the Upper Town, Rollingergrund, and Kirchberg via the Red Bridge.
Limpertsberg is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Luxembourg City. It is prized for its elegance, residential atmosphere, and proximity to downtown. It combines magnificent townhouses, modern apartment buildings, and numerous green spaces. Together, these elements offer a pleasant, family-friendly living environment that attracts many expatriate professionals to Luxembourg.
The neighborhood is also an educational hub, home to several prestigious schools and the former faculty of the University of Luxembourg. Well-served by the tram, it remains, however, an area where real estate is highly sought-after, with high prices. Despite its tranquility, it benefits from a diverse cultural and gastronomic scene, further enhancing its appeal.
Its proximity to the Kirchberg business district, its numerous recreational facilities, green spaces, and easy access are all major assets. Peace and quality of life!
