For landlords, one of the major advantages is simplified ad management: a room that has already been posted can be deactivated and then reactivated at any time without having to recreate the ad. Today, the platform is completely free for both tenants and landlords. There are no commissions or subscriptions: the main goal is to increase awareness and the number of listings.
