I. Data Use Policy
This policy describes the information we process for the operation of Just Arrived.
A. What types of information do we collect?
The types of information we collect depend on how you use our Products.
1. Information and content you provide
We collect content, communications, and other information you provide when you use our Products, including when you create an account or browse our website.
2. Your use
We collect information about how you use our Products, such as the types of content you view or interact with, the features you use, the actions you take, the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. For example, we record when you use and last used our Products, as well as the posts, videos, or other content you view on our Products. We also collect information about how you use features.
3. Device Information
As described below, we collect information about the computers, phones, connected TVs, and other web-connected devices you use that integrate with our Products and from those devices, and we combine this information across the different devices you use.
B. How do we use this information?
We use the information available to us (depending on the choices you make) in the manner described below to provide and operate Just Arrived Products and related services
We use the information available to us to provide our Products, including to personalize features and content and to make suggestions (such as events that may be of interest to you or topics you may want to follow) on and off our Products. To create personalized Products that are both unique and relevant, we use your connections, data we collect, information you provide, and other information; we also use data about how you use and interact with our Products.
We link information about your activities across different Just Arrived Products and devices to provide you with a more personalized and consistent experience across all Just Arrived Products you use, regardless of the device you are using.
We use geographic information (such as your current location, where you live) to offer, personalize, and improve our Products, including advertising, for you and others. This geographic information may include the precise location of devices (if you have authorized us to collect it), IP addresses, and information about your (and others') use of Just Arrived Products (including your visits or events you attend).
We use the information available to us to develop, test, and improve our Products, including conducting surveys and research, and testing and troubleshooting new products and features.
We use the information we have about you (including information about your interests, actions, and connections) to select and personalize the ads, offers, and other sponsored content we show you.
We use the information we have (including information about your activity outside of our Products, such as the websites you visit and the ads you see) to help advertisers and other partners measure the effectiveness and reach of their ads and services, and to understand the types of people who use their services and how those people interact with their websites, apps, and services.
We use the information available to us to verify accounts and activities, combat harmful behavior, detect and prevent unwanted content and other negative experiences, preserve the integrity of our Products, and promote safety and security on and off Just Arrived Products.
We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, tell you about our Products, and share our terms and policies with you. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
C. How is this information shared?
We work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Products. We impose strict restrictions on how partners can use and disclose the data we share with them. Please note that your identity, including your first and last name and email address, is never disclosed. The only information shared is information that cannot be used by a third-party partner to identify you.
Here are the types of third parties with whom we share information:
1. Partners who use analytics services
We provide aggregated statistics and insights that enable individuals and businesses to understand how people interact with their ads on Just Arrived Products and elsewhere.
2. Advertisers
We provide advertisers with reports on the types of people who see their ads and how their ads perform, but we do not share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that can be used on its own to contact or identify you).
3. Measurement Partners
We share information about you with companies that aggregate it to provide analytics and measurement reports to our partners.
4. Partners offering goods and services on our Products
When you subscribe to receive paid content, or when you make a purchase from a seller on our Products, the content creator or seller may receive your public information and other information you provide to them, as well as the information necessary to complete the transaction, including your shipping information and contact details.
D. What is our legal basis for processing data?
We collect, use, and share the data we have in the ways described below:

E. How can you exercise your data protection rights?
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to access, rectify, transfer, and delete your data. This includes:
the right to object to our processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, which you can exercise by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link
the right to object to us processing your data when we are performing a task in the public interest or pursuing our legitimate interests or those of a third party. You can exercise this right on Just Arrived.
F. Data retention, deactivation, and account deletion
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and Just Arrived Products, or until your account is deleted, whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case decision that depends on factors such as the nature of the data, the reason for its collection and processing, and the relevant legal or operational retention requirements.
When you delete your account, we delete the content you have posted, such as your tickets, and you will not be able to retrieve this information afterwards.
G. How do we respond to legal requests?
We access, retain, and share your information with regulators, authorities, or others:
- To respond to a legal request, if we believe in good faith that the law requires it. We may also respond to legal requests when we believe in good faith that the response is required by the law of that jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with internationally recognized standards.
- When we have reason to believe in good faith that it is necessary to detect, prevent, and control fraud, unauthorized use of the Products, violations of our terms or regulations, or other dangerous or illegal activities; to protect ourselves (including our rights, property, or Products), you, or others, including in connection with investigations or regulatory requests; or to prevent imminent death or bodily injury.
The information we receive about you (including financial transaction data related to purchases made with Just Arrived) may be accessed and retained for an extended period of time when it is subject to a legal request or obligation, a government investigation, or investigations into possible violations of our terms of use or regulations, or to prevent further damage.
